Dr. Lisa Austin is an Oregon native, born in Portland. She attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH for her undergraduate, dental, and orthodontic training. Dr. Lisa completed a one-year residency in Jacksonville, FL, where she gained experience in complex interdisciplinary treatment, and practiced as a general dentist for two years before pursuing an advanced degree in orthodontics.

After practicing in Denver for 13 years, Dr. Lisa and her husband recently moved to Bend. They are excited to be back in Oregon!

She is passionate about continuing education and attends many courses annually to further her knowledge. She is also active in orthodontic organizations, having served on the board of the Colorado Orthodontic Association (COA), as the journal editor for the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontics (RMSO), and currently serves on the Special Committee of Women Orthodontists (SCWO) for the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Lisa and her husband, Brad, feel fortunate to live in Central Oregon and look forward to all of the outdoor activities. They have an 11-year-old Wheaten Terrier named Henry who enjoys exploring with them. In her free time, Dr. Lisa enjoys swimming, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
